Key Responsibilities:
Perform yield and test data analysis to identify trends and drive continuous improvement:
- Analyze yield loss, bin distribution, and parametric data
- Perform statistical analysis including Cp/Cpk and variation studies
- Drive root cause identification and corrective actions
Develop and enhance engineering tools:
- Modify and develop scripts using Python and C++ for data extraction, automation, and analysis
- Improve workflow efficiency through tool and script enhancements
Execute lab validation and characterization activities:
- Perform bench and system-level validation using automated/robotic setups
- Support silicon validation and characterization activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and external manufacturing partners on Failure Analysis (FA)
Collaborate cross-functionally:
- Partner with design, process, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues
- Support yield ramp, excursion handling, and continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting and communication:
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
- Present findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field
- Relevant experience in semiconductor test, product engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Strong background in yield analysis and statistical methods (Cp, Cpk, SPC), data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis
- Programming experience in Python and/or C++, experience with automation, scripting, and large dataset handling
- Hands-on experience with test validation and debug methodologies, lab equipment and validation setups, and failure analysis coordination
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of RF or high-speed interface products
