Job Description

  • Deliver AI and Avatar training to employees and customers.
  • Conduct 2–3 day training sessions with hands-on activities.
  • Explain AI concepts, system features, and digital tools in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
  • Guide participants during practical exercises and provide support when needed.
  • Encourage participation through discussions, demonstrations, and interactive activities.
  • Answer participant questions clearly and professionally.
  • Follow company training standards and use approved training materials.
  • Demonstrate how the system works and guide users through key processes.
  • Help improve training materials and learning content.
  • Attend Train-the-Trainer sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Stay updated on AI technology, digital tools, and new product features.
  • Represent the company professionally during training sessions, workshops, and customer meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates from other fields with good computer skills and strong interest in technology are also encouraged to apply.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of AI and digital technology.
  • Comfortable using computers, software, and learning new digital tools.
  • Good communication, presentation, and people skills.
  • Confident speaking in front of groups and conducting training sessions.
  • Able to explain technical information in a simple and clear way.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
