Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Provide product trainings to promoters
  • Able to carry out soft skills training to internal staffs
  • Incorporate soft skills (e.g. selling, negotiation, coaching, leadership, communication) into training material
  • Take initiative and ownership to carry out research or study before training
  • Work closely with inter-department to accommodate training needs to achieve training objectives
  • To meet clients to understand the training objectives
  • Carry out monthly field audit and provide on field coaching, guidance, and on-site training to promoters
  • Conduct regional training (nationwide) as and when is required by Head of Training
  • Observe and assess promoters throughout the training session and fine tune training methodologies to improve training quality

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates must possess at least Advance/ Higher Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with training certification / experience
  • At least 2 years of training experience in related industry
  • Certification from talent and training associations is an added advantage
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/ or Mandarin)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to do translation in multiple languages
  • Take ownership & initiative to carry out task
  • Be passionate in work
  • Able to build good rapport with colleagues and a good team player
