Job Description

What You'll Do:

Provide product trainings to promoters
Able to carry out soft skills training to internal staffs
Incorporate soft skills (e.g. selling, negotiation, coaching, leadership, communication) into training material
Take initiative and ownership to carry out research or study before training
Work closely with inter-department to accommodate training needs to achieve training objectives
To meet clients to understand the training objectives
Carry out monthly field audit and provide on field coaching, guidance, and on-site training to promoters
Conduct regional training (nationwide) as and when is required by Head of Training
Observe and assess promoters throughout the training session and fine tune training methodologies to improve training quality

What We're Looking For:

Candidates must possess at least Advance/ Higher Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Preferably with training certification / experience
At least 2 years of training experience in related industry
Certification from talent and training associations is an added advantage
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/ or Mandarin)
Strong presentation skills
Able to do translation in multiple languages
Take ownership & initiative to carry out task
Be passionate in work
Able to build good rapport with colleagues and a good team player
