Job Descriptions:
Responsibility
1. Training Development & Delivery:
- Needs Assessment: Identifying training gaps and determining the specific knowledge and skills needed for different audiences.
2. Collaboration & Communication:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product development, sales, marketing, and support teams to gather feedback and ensure training aligns with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicating training needs, progress, and results to relevant stakeholders.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from participants on the effectiveness of the training and using it to improve future programs.
3. Evaluation & Improvement:
- Training Effectiveness Assessment: Evaluating the impact of training programs on participant knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing training data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions about training strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Implementing changes and updates to training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and evaluation results.
4. Product Expertise:
- Staying Current: Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, including features, updates, and competitive landscape.
- Product Knowledge Sharing: Acting as a subject matter expert on the product and providing ongoing support to users.
- Curriculum Design: Creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online learning modules.
- Instructional Methods: Choosing appropriate teaching methods, such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, or on-the-job training.
- Content Delivery: Conducting training sessions for both internal teams (employees) and external audiences (customers, partners).
- Training Materials Maintenance: Ensuring all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current product versions and features.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Management/Business Administration.
- Preferably has basic product knowledge on electric and electronic items.
- Has Positive Working Attitudes.
- Willing to travel (own vehicle).
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships among the team.
- Microsoft Skills Literacy (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Willing to work at Pandan Jaya, Ampang
