Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1) Providing product system functionality training to clients, guiding them through usage scenarios and operational steps.

2) Conduct internal product basic function training in both Chinese and English for company staff

3) Assist the department in handling submitted system issues and requirement tickets.

4) Prepare and update training materials such as guides, presentation slides, and demo videos.

5) Collect training feedback and share suggestions to improve training quality and effectiveness.

6) Collaborate with the product and technical teams (Malaysia or China) to stay informed of system updates and ensure training accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Training & Development, or any related field.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with short experience in product training or learning & development are an added advantage.
  3. Good communication skills in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  4. Strong interest in product systems, training, and people development.
  5. Confident presentation and interpersonal skills, with willingness to learn and grow in a training environment.
  6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
