Job Description

Purpose of this position / Position summary:

This role is responsible for developing and delivering product, sales, and training programs that equip internal teams and business partners with the knowledge and skills to drive business growth. This role serves as the subject matter expert for ZEISS Vision Care products and solutions, ensuring consistent product knowledge, effective selling techniques, and exceptional consumer experience across all consumer touchpoints.



Primary duties and responsibilities

:
Training & Enablem

  • entDevelop internal capabilities by designing and implementing structured sales training programs, product knowledge initiatives, and competency assessments for internal tea
  • ms.Develop and deliver engaging product training programs and communication materials for internal employees and external business partners across Malays
  • ia.Ensure all training content and communications are technically accurate and aligned with ZEISS brand guidelines and messagi
  • ng.Collaborate with Marketing Team to translate technical product features into compelling customer-relevant benefi
  • ts.Collaborate with Commercial team to plan and execute new product launch activities, ensuring effective product positioning, sales readiness, and customer engageme
  • nt.Develop and continuously enhance learning programs that strengthen business partners product knowledge, recommendation confidence, consultation workflows and commercial capabilities to support business gro
  • wthProvide technical product expertise and support to internal teams and external business partners, addressing product-related enquiries and facilitating customer educati
  • on.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, and continuous improvement initiativ
