We are hiring a Product UI/UX Designer who takes full ownership of product experience and works as a true partner to engineering. This is not a support role and not a handoff role.
You will operate like a product lead for design, making opinionated decisions, shaping direction, and ensuring what we ship feels intentional, high-quality, and coherent, especially in an AI-driven product environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end product experience across our platforms.
- Work closely with engineers to define, shape, and ship product features.
- Make strong, well-reasoned design decisions and stand by them.
- Translate product goals into clear, usable, and elegant experiences.
- Maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and usability.
- Balance speed and quality, knowing when each matters.
- Continuously refine the product through iteration and feedback.
What Success Looks Like- The product feels clear, cohesive, and thoughtfully designed.
- Design decisions simplify the product rather than add complexity.
- Engineers see you as a partner, not a dependency.
- Design direction is consistent even as the product scales.
- Users experience fewer points of confusion and friction over time.
Required Qualities- Strong product sense and design judgment.
- Opinionated, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- High ownership mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy.
- Excellent taste, especially in modern, AI-driven products.
- Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Nice to Have- Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products.
- Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing product teams.
- Exposure to product strategy or product management thinking.
