Owner of yield: Continuously report and track yield progress against roadmap with all function. Owner of the yield roadmap: rolling 12 months and be accountable that the Front End/ Back End achieve those yield targets.
Define/drive yield improvements: analyse yield detractors to the root causes, drive improvements with respective process integration and process owners
Owner of systems and data: Define systems and data required for yield performance, ensure quick identification of issues and root causes, kill ratio analysis and yield improvement methodologies. Owner of product performance / spec: Safeguard product requirements and performance, technical ownership for testing, probing, AVI, etc., owner of product master data.
Owner of product cost: Owner to define the overall best way to minimize costs due to yield losses across the whole value chain.
Being the Customer interface: First technical contact for Back End/ Business Unit / Customer related topics.
Requirements:
Min Bachelor's Degree or Master study of Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science.
At least 8 years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab.
Strong Front End Process technical knowledge and Yield analysis, project management skills, FMEA, Statistics, 8D, 6sigma, Microsoft Office, Data analytic skills
Good interpersonal skills, responsible, accountable, initiative, & able handle stress.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, analytical thinking and creativity.
