About The Team
You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling exceptions within the inbound, in-stock, and outbound teams;
- Implement standard operating procedures and be accountable for operational performance indicators;
- Propose improvement plans for operational anomalies, identify system requirements, optimize operational processes, and follow up on implementation and improvement results.
- Continuously optimize warehouse costs and improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management or supply chain logistics.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese or Indonesian.
- Excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong learning ability, a keen thinker, a strong sense of responsibility, and a competitive spirit.
