Job description:
Key Responsibilities1. Production Operations
- Perform assigned production processes efficiently and accurately.
- Weigh and prepare raw materials and equipment required for production.
- Record production data in the laboratory system and maintain accurate documentation.
- Mix raw materials according to procedures (manual or machine-assisted).
- Operate production equipment safely and correctly.
- Assist with batching, packaging, labeling, and related activities.
- Support continuous improvement and maintain good housekeeping standards within the production area.
2. Stock Management
- Conduct stock checks for raw materials and finished goods.
- Report discrepancies or stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in issuing raw materials and recording stock movement.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of stock and storage areas.
3. Safety Awareness
- Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Immediately report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
4. Cleaning and Disposal
- Perform cleaning work before and after production activities.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, tubing, and working areas.
- Assist in the disposal of production waste according to guidelines.
- Follow work instructions and quality procedures, including ISO standards.
5. Filing & Reporting
- Maintain production records, forms, and checklists (such as Maintenance Checklists and Inventory Lists).
- Support administrative tasks related to daily production activities.
- Report to the Section Leader, Production Team Leader, and Site Manager.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
