Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist Buyers and Material Planner in generating and maintaining accurate weekly and monthly reports.
- Follow up with suppliers for PO acknowledgements and deliveries.
- Request for quotations and compilation of quotes from suppliers.
- Create new vendor registrations.
- Follow up outstanding payments with Finance and respective PIC.
- Act as a point of contact with Production and Warehouse team to address PO discrepancies.
- Support Material Planner in material clean to build.
- Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Working hours: Mon Fri (830am 530pm)
- Ability to speak in Malay and English.
- SAP knowledge is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and basic understanding of ERP systems (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
