How Will You Make an Impact:
As a Production Assistant, you will support daily manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. Your contributions will help deliver high-quality microbiology products that support customers in improving healthcare, food safety, and environmental monitoring worldwide.

A Day in the Life:

• To perform the production process, including:

• Weighing and preparation of raw materials and equipment for sterilization

• Set up equipment used in the laboratory and maintain it in a clean and safe condition

• Media sterilizing and autoclaving

• Media pouring and dispensing (machine and manual)

• Media packing and storage

• Batch sheet recording

Education: (NA or APAC)

High school diploma, SPM, or equivalent required.

Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, laboratory, or related environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines accurately.

• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or flexible schedules when required.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 15-20 kg, with assistance when required.

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment and may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, gloves, lab coats, hairnets, and safety glasses.

• Ability to work in controlled production areas while adhering to quality and safety requirements.
