Production Controller

Location - Tampoi

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily production planning activities to ensure on-time delivery
• Plan and manage material requirements based on production schedules and forecasts
• Work closely with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components
• Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to support production
• Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align operations
• Update and maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems
• Identify potential material shortages or delays and propose solutions proactively
• Prepare reports on production status, material usage, and inventory levels
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and operational efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply candidates with 1-3 years of experience in material planning or purchasing will have an added advantage
• Basic understanding of production planning, inventory control, and procurement processes
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills
