Production Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily production schedules based on customer orders and forecast.
• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to timelines and output targets.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure smooth workflow across production lines.
• Identify and resolve production delays, bottlenecks, or material shortages.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Update production reports, dashboards, and performance tracking records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain related field.
• Experience in production planning or production control (typically 2-5 years).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
