Production Director

Responsibilities:

1. Manage facilityoperations, logistics, producttesting and shipmentscheduling, and develop process control and measures;
2. Develop production planning based on feedstock supply,products sales, external terminal and logistics requirement to meet customers loading plan;
3. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for production operations and to monitor, control and implement operating system to achieve overall target
4. Build, train,plan and optimizeproduction team and resources to ensure smooth operation;
5. Implement 6S management on the production site
6. Act as the primaryHSSE responsible personand to take charge to safety management for processes
7. Perform any ad-hocduties as assignedby the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in chemical or mechanical engineering or related discipline
• More than 10 years of production management experience in petrochemical enterprises, at least 5 years of managerial position
• Operational experience in chemical facilityor refinery, preferred related to hydro-treatment and Oleochemical;
• Good team player and strong problem-solving skills
