Production Engineer

Job Description:

1. Arrange daily production plans and follow up production progress to ensure orders are completed on time.

2. Manage production line personnel, materials and equipment to ensure smooth production and meet efficiency targets.

3. Monitor production yield, loss, output and various KPIs, and handle production abnormalities in a timely manner.

4. Coordinate with materials, warehouse, quality, engineering and other departments to solve on-site production problems.

5. Implement on-site 5S management, safety production standards and company regulations.

6. Assist superiors in projects including capacity improvement, cost control and process optimization.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical or related fields.

2. 1–3 years of on-site production experience in electronics manufacturing / optical industry;

3. Familiar with production flow, on-site management, 5S and basic concepts of yield and capacity.

4. Good communication and coordination skills, responsible and hardworking.

5. Proficient in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing) to communicate with Wuhan headquarters; knowledge of English and Malay is an advantage.

6. Proficient in office software such as Excel and Word.
