-Manage prototyping, mass production, and production transfer activities while collaborating with engineering teams and Japan HQ
-Design/optimize/ troubleshot/improve production processes
-Ensured compliance with ISO standards and conduct continuous safety improvements
-Investigate production and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA
MUST TO HAVE:
-Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, computer engineering or a related field
-Minimum 12 years experience in electrical development OR quality control operation
-Knowledge of production processes
-Professional English Proficiency and more than N3 level of Japanese fluency
-Availability to join the training in Japan HQ for the first few months
