Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written.
The Production Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
This role requires analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects for process improvement, machine upgrades, and efficiency enhancement.
- Conduct analysis and root cause investigation for machine or production issues.
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve performance, quality, and reliability.
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and management for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and report results to management.
- Develop SOPs, technical documents, and process standards.
