Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Penang, Malaysia, for a Production Process Engineer. The responsibilities include developing and implementing production plans, monitoring and optimizing production processes, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. The Production Engineer plays a key role in analyzing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency. The position also involves providing technical support, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning to oversee manufacturing processes and schedules effectively.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to identify and solve operational challenges efficiently.
• Experience with Quality Control practices to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical details efficiently.
• Knowledge of ISO certifications and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required, and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in precision manufacturing or the plastic injection molding industry is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment.
