Production Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnosing complex mechanical failures and performance bottlenecks across high-speed blending, filling & packing line.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and identify root causes during production operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for repair, preventive maintenance and improvement activities.
• Support production supervisor and line leader in solving technical issue during operation.
• Propose improvement solutions for machine reliability, process afficiency, safety and provide technical explanations for machine related problem.
• Able to handle the machine according to standard requirement.
• Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing flow.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environment (lubricants, chemicals or FMCG preferred).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/ production environment.
• Must have hands-on experience dealing directly with machine troubleshooting, maintenance coordination and reporting to management.
