Production Engineer

Responsibilities: Production: Responsible for manufacturing processes in Process Plants (either refinery, bio-diesel, Oleo-chemical, animal nutrition, shortening and packaging plants) Responsible for meeting production targets, i.e. throughput, quality requirements, specific consumption of chemical and utilities Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance to work requirements (both in-house and regulatory) and all safety, quality and environmental requirements. Take lead in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and kaizen small group projects Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace Manage routine and annual shut down plan, plan and organize corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance. Take lead in developing annual and monthly production plan and take ownership on all aspect of resources and assets utilization and efficient and smooth operations of the plant. Assist in all respect of production and process related activities, such as technical study, process de-bottlenecking, process optimization, chemical/consumable selection and trial, plants benchmarking, products development and etc

Requirements: Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Power, Chemical Engineering degrees More than 6 years of operational experience in heavy machinery industry Strong problem solving and troubling shooting skills Able to coach and develop all team members to identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand. Understand and possess hands-on experience in continuous improvement initiatives / projects to drive efficiency and growth within the company Ability to speak English & Bahasa Willing to relocate to Indonesia
