We are currently looking for driven engineering professionals across multiple specializations: Process, Equipment, QA, or Manufacturing Engineering. Whether you excel at improving yield rates, minimizing machine downtime, resolving customer quality issues, or optimizing shop-floor throughput, we have an opportunity matched to your technical expertise.
[Responsibilities]
Process Engineering (Yield & Parameter Optimization)
- Monitor and optimize daily process parameters, master parameters, and automated in-line vision inspection setups.
- Analyze production yield reports, identify root causes for scrap/rework, and drive continuous improvement (CIP) for cost and cycle-time reduction.
- Troubleshoot complex process deviations on the floor using data-driven methodologies (SPC, DOE).
Equipment & Automation Engineering (Uptime & Maintenance)
- Manage high-tech manufacturing equipment performance, ensuring tools run at optimal stability and efficiency.
- Oversee tool installation, modification, testing, commissioning, and regular qualification activities.
- Maximize equipment uptime by executing predictive/preventive maintenance and optimizing MTBF and MTTR metrics.
Quality Assurance / QA Engineering (Defect Disposition & Compliance)
- Take ownership of material disposition, investigate defect roots, and author comprehensive responses to NCIRs/NCRs issued by QA.
- Utilize structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone) to address internal and customer-reported quality complaints.
- Ensure engineering workflows and line processes strictly adhere to international quality and environmental standards.
Manufacturing / Production Engineering (Line Management & SOPs)
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing workflows to ensure seamless operations, balancing output targets with cost consensus.
- Establish and continuously update critical engineering documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Plans, FMEAs, and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Drive strict line governance regarding material traceability, purging control, and waste minimization.
[Requirements]
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering field.
- Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional module teams.
