Production Executive (F&B)

Role Overview

The Production Executive oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, coordinates with production teams, and ensures that production schedules are followed while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives.

Job Scope

•      Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards

•      Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved on time

•      Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures

•      Prepare production reports and documentation

•      Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities

•      Manage raw material and finished goods inventory

Key Responsibilities

•      Plan and monitor daily production schedules

•      Ensure production output meets quantity and quality requirements

•      Coordinate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Purchasing

•      Monitor machine utilisation and production efficiency

•      Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions

•      Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies

•      Monitor material usage and reduce waste and downtime

Requirements

•      Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field

•      Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in F & B production or manufacturing. Freshies welcome with relevant qualifications.

•      Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

•      Good communication and teamwork abilities
