Job Description
A Production Executive plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing various aspects of the production process in a production house facility. This role is vital in ensuring that production operations run efficiently, and safely, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Maintain and repair all types of sewing machines including but not limited to single needle, double needle lockstitch, chain stitch, picot, and serging machines.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment adjustments (timing, feed, feed dog, etc.) and repair sewing machines and related equipment as necessary to address machine failures as well as quality and production issues.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Perform duties safely and maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Report any safety hazards, work injuries or building and equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Willing to attend to the production floor when called on duty on weekends.
- Prepare daily reports for management review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must be Malaysian or have a valid working visa in Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Will be located in the Production House.
- Efficient time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a good culture of teamwork and enhance productivity.
- Ability to use various mechanical tools to modify machine dimensions.
- Able to work independently on performing preventive maintenance (PM) on all production equipment.
