- Job Descriptions:
- Support the Production Manager in setting strategic direction through data analysis, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Drive improvement activities, conduct yield studies, and enhance overall production efficiency and output.
- Ensure all production documents, SOPs, and records are well-organized, updated, and simplified where possible.
- Monitor equipment performance, update system processes, and conduct risk assessments to ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve internal and external customer satisfaction and meet all KPIs set by management.
- Maximize production output within quality standards while optimizing resource utilization and controlling costs.
- Continuously review and improve production methods, workflow effectiveness, and operational results.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA during new product launches to confirm machine readiness and manpower capacity.
- Prepare formulas, documents, and SOPs for product trials and ensure accuracy in all production-related paperwork.
- Maintain updated KPIs, productivity data, training records, and daily/monthly checklists.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt quickly while maintaining strong communication with related departments.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to build team ownership and support capability development.
- Train staff, team leaders, and foreign workers on new product SOPs, documentation processes, and improvement activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Processing / Manufacturing or equivalent with more than 2 years experience in process improvement activities or production.
Good to have:
- Familiar with Safety Health and Environment and Halal requirement.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, line capacity and process optimization an added advantage
- Strong analytical person
- Have intermediate understanding on MS Office;especially excel formulas
- Have experience ISO 19001 & ISO 14001 audits
