- TO ASSIST IN PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT MATTERS IN
- To study and the collect the relevant data in production for process improvement purpose.
- To prepare daily production report.
- To plan optimum manpower requirements so that daily production operations will run smoothly.
- To conduct monthly production stocks take report.
- To conduct on the job training for operators when is needed or quarterly basic.
- To establish the production SOP, SSOP and WI to comply the GMP/HACCP/HALAL/BRC standards and requirements for the production facilities and overall plant.
- To monitor the achievement of such production efficiency targets.
- To propose measures to improve production efficiency.
- QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY
- To fully understand the Company's food safety and quality objectives.
- To ensure that where repair/maintenance work is conducted on equipment or others especially in the High Care Areas of the plant.
- To maintain the overall cleanliness of the plant at all times.
- MAINTENANCE, HEALTH AND SAFETY
- To maintain and ensure that all production equipment and utilities are in good working condition.
- To ensure that suitable written records of work undertaken are kept in accordance with company procedures.
- To perform a programme of periodic servicing of equipment in the Production Area.
- To ensure that equipment just repaired/maintained are safe to operate before re-introducing the equipment into the production environment.
- To report any abnormal condition, occurrence, situation in the plant and to propose appropriate actions to the management for consideration.
- To at all times use proper personal protection equipment (P.P.E) and to abide by safety procedures while at work.
- OTHERS
- To supervise and train staff on how to perform their duties accordingly to WI and GMP standard.
- To assist the management team in any other matters as and when necessary and or requested to do so.
