We are seeking a proactive and analytical Production Intern to support the Production Manager in executing operational and strategic initiatives. This internship provides valuable exposure to production management, capital investment projects, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
The intern will be directly involved in real production projects and continuous improvement activities, gaining hands-on industry experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily production activities and reporting.
- Assist the Production Manager in executing initiatives such as:
Machine purchase and implementation support.
Production improvement projects.
Development of digitization programs (e.g., Power BI dashboards).
- Collect and analyze production data for performance tracking.
- Assist in documentation, process improvement, and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
