Summary
A line leader/ Technician is in charge of whole production process (from DRY to Packaging process) and supervise operation team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting daily production output and quality as target and goals.
- Perform daily shift handover to ensure production runs smoothly as planned.
- To run the production according to the production plan and schedule prepared by supervisor.
- Assists supervisor to ensure production runs smoothly in accordance with production policies and procedure.
- Assists supervisor in coordinating production startups, shutdown, changeovers, and prevention maintenance.
- Train and guide operators on the manufacturing process, machinery operation and general mechanical skill.
- Ensure timely training and onboarding of new employees.
- Verify PQC result before start of mass production.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Education level: Prefer Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent. SPM/STPM level is acceptable with minimum 2 years experience in related filed.
- Year(s) of Experience: Preferable more than 2 years of experience in the related field required for this position.
- Capability: Must be able to work in shift pattern. Basic understanding of ISO-13485.
- Skill(s): Good in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skill, Advanced Microsoft Office Skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). Independent, hardworking, fast learner and can do attitude.
