Production Line Leader (Night Shift)

Location: Senai iPark, Johor

Work Hours: Night Shift, 8pm-8am

Role Summary:

ResMed is looking for a Production Line Leader to support daytoday manufacturing and assembly operations at our Senai iPark site. This role is ideal for experienced production or assembly professionals ready to take the next step into leadership within a GMPregulated medical device environment.

You will lead production activities on the line, support operators, ensure quality and safety compliance, and help the team meet production targets while maintaining ResMed's high standards.

Let's Talk About Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily production and assembly activities to meet output targets, schedules, and KPIs

• Support line setup, equipment preparation, and basic troubleshooting during production runs

• Guide and support operators to follow GMP, Quality, OH&S, and safety procedures

• Perform and verify inprocess and final quality checks on products

• Monitor production performance and escalate issues to supervisors when required

• Ensure accurate completion of production, quality, and traceability records

• Support training and onboarding of new operators on the production line

• Maintain a clean, safe, and wellorganized work environment (5S)

Let's Talk About Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations

• Completed vocational training, certificate, or equivalent handson experience

• Familiar with SOPs, work instructions, and production processes

• Basic understanding of quality, safety, and compliance requirements

Preferred:

• Experience in medical device, electronics, automotive, or regulated manufacturing

• Exposure to GMP or ISO environments

• Experience supporting or guiding a small production team

• Ability to work shifts as required
