Our client is newly established manufacturing company in Malaysia, specializing in high precision equipment and advanced plastic machining technologies. As part of their expansion, they are looking for an experienced Assembly Manager to lead and drive shop floor operations.
This is critical role for a new manufacturing setup, where you will play a key part in building, managing and optimizing assembly operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities: -
- Support daily assembly operations on the production floor
- Ensure assembly work is executed according to plans and schedules set by Assembly Management
- Coordinate and manage manpower on site
- Monitor work progress and ensure timelines are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical or operational issues
- Act as bridge between the shop floor and Assembly Management Group
- Maintain a safe, organized and efficient working environment
Requirements:
- Hands-on assembly experience at an equipment or machinery manufacturer
- Minimum Supervisor / Senior Technician Level experience preferred
- Comfortable Supervisor / Senior Technician level experience preferred
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese (to coordinate with minimal teams)
- Practical, proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to grow with a new manufacturing project
