Production Manager (CNC and Machining)_Mandarin Speaker

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations to lead and oversee all operational functions across the company, with a total workforce of approximately 200 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and special processes, coupled with proven leadership in managing a company and its P&L.

Roles And Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage annual budget and forecasts.

2. Responsible for the P&L as head of company.

3. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency across all functions.

4. Oversee all manufacturing operations including quality, production, supply chain, engineering and maintenance to achieve production targets and meet customer delivery schedules.

5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement; implement corrective actions as necessary.

6. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and industry standards.

7. Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the operations team; cultivate a highperformance culture with focus on accountability and ownership.

8. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, cost reduction programs, and process standardization across operations.

9. Oversee resource planning, production scheduling, and capacity management to support customer and business needs.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role within a manufacturing environment. Experience in CNC machining or special process operations is highly preferred.

2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.

3. Demonstrated ability to lead manufacturing operations with exceptional leadership to manage cross-functional teams.

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.

6. Proven ability in project management, budgeting, and cost control.

7. Hands-on experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.

8. Familiar with aerospace and manufacturing quality management systems such as AS9100 D and ISO9001.
