In this pivotal role, you will lead daily manufacturing operations to hit production targets while championing business growth and continuous improvement strategies.

• Oversee daily plant operations and workflow to maintain optimal manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

• Plan and execute production schedules to ensure all output, cost management, and delivery deadlines are achieved.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean manufacturing methodologies and plant safety practices.

• Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of production teams to foster talent development.

• Enforce standard operating procedures and coordinate with cross-functional engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

skills and experience required.

• A tertiary qualification in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Solid leadership experience in production or operations management, preferably within high-precision manufacturing or electronics sectors.

• Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, workflow optimization, and quality control systems.

• Proficient in tracking plant key performance indicators and managing equipment reliability projects.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
