Role Description
- Oversee and monitor the overall production process, including planning, scheduling, and adjusting production schedules as needed.
- Ensure production operations run efficiently with a strong focus on productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure products are produced on time, meeting quality standards and customer requirements.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and other resources for production activities.
- Establish and monitor quality standards to ensure compliance with Halal, GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Select, maintain, and ensure the effective use of production equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with management to implement company policies and achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure workplace health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate the production team to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Identify training and development needs for production staff.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the food or seafood industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of production equipment and process optimization is a plus.
