Production Engineer
- Oversee the entire production process, from planning to completion
- Verify and submit daily production reports
- Coordinate with designers on design-related issues
- Work closely with planners to meet production targets
- Manage production costs:
- Control concrete wastage
- Control consumption of materials and prevent wastage
- Manage manpower, set daily production targets, and control overtime
- Ensure proper SOPs to achieve productivity and quality
- Perform quality checks to maintain production standards
- Arrange machinery and materials for smooth production flow
- Monitor workers discipline, attendance, punctuality, and work attitude
- Coordinate with RCM for mold preparation
- Ensure clearance of finished goods in production areas with SY team
- Monitor downtime and follow up with maintenance on breakdowns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace
- Conduct weekly toolbox briefings
- Report safety incidents to the safety team
- Provide training to the team as needed
Production Supervisor
- Assist engineers in managing daily production to meet schedules and quality standards
- Supervise and delegate tasks to workers; ensure SOPs are followed
- Perform quality checks during production
- Monitor and reduce material wastage
- Ensure equipment and materials are ready and in good working condition
- Coordinate with maintenance to keep machines and facilities running smoothly
- Submit daily reports and workers timesheets
- Conduct daily toolbox briefings
- Maintain team discipline (attendance, work attitude, etc.)
- Provide on-the-job training to team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Job Requirements
Senior Production Engineer
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in precast concrete manufacturing
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus
- Able to work5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off
Production Supervisor
- Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in precast concrete production or construction site work
- Knowledge of concrete repair and safety practices is a plus
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to work6 days per week
