Lead the setup and improvement of manufacturing processes to support new products and improve existing operations.
Ensure all production documents are properly maintained and updated in line with ISO 9001 standards.
Oversee production planning, forecasting, and budgeting to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and drive quality control activities to ensure products meet required standards and customer expectations.
Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment.
Identify the root cause of production issues (including human error) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Apply Lean Manufacturing practices such as one-piece flow, line balancing, DMAIC, and 5S to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Work closely with teams such as Engineering, Quality, Procurement, R&D, Logistics, and Warehouse to support Kaizen/VAVE initiatives and manage inventory, Kanban, JIT, and WIP using ERP systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis tools (e.g. 5 Why, Fishbone).
Familiarity with production KPIs such as OEE, yield, and downtime analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and basic data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
Good communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership.
