Job Description

The Production Operator is responsible for refilling industrial gasses, ensuring safe and efficient operations, preparing daily reports, assisting with machinery maintenance, conducting pre-fill inspections, and supporting efforts to achieve production goals and maintain ISO standards.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Responsible for refilling industrial gasses, including Oxygen, Argon, CO2, and gas mixtures, upon receiving orders.

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the cylinder refilling process.

Prepare and submit the Daily Cylinder Refilling Report to the Supervisor.

Assist the Supervisor with maintenance and servicing of the Compressed Gas Plant machinery.

Conduct pre-fill inspections of incoming cylinders to ensure they are suitable for refilling.

Support tasks necessary to achieve production goals and comply with ISO standards.

Monitor and maintain accurate records of gas inventory levels.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during the refilling process.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures.

Are you a MATCH

Must have a minimum of SPM/SKM or an equivalent qualification.

Preferably at least 1 year of hands-on or mechanical experience in any industry.

Strong team player with effective problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is advantageous.
