Production Planner

Client Industry: Auto Parts Manufacturer

Location: Kuala Terengganu

Key Responsibilities:

Production Control

• To update firm order and forecast from customer in SAP after MPS review in weekly basis.
• Timely manner to support material planning process
• Preparation of final assembly production plan & manifest for each model running
• Daily monitoring of production output against production plan
• Maintenance and updating of production planning file
• Conduct weekly production planning meeting with operation group.
• Support handling of finished goods and shipping process
• Preparing FG Inventory closing forecast by weekly
• Monitor actual customer delivery from plant & 3PL to customers
• To ensure no backlog order SOP & After Sales order
• To prepare shipping/delivery plan on daily basis
• Communicate with customers & 3PL on shipping/delivery plan

Compile/Submit Of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report

• Prepare daily production output vs production plan report.
• Prepare production planning and control report (plan vs delivery, plan vs capacity, comparison production plan) for monthly production planning review
• Prepare FG buffer calculation
• Prepare connecting map for each model/platform
• To maintain FG PFEP (Plan For Every Part)
• To complete ZKE transaction in SAP for every delivery to customers N+1
• To monitor month end FG inventory closing
• To maintain sufficient level FG inventory at plant & 3PL (minimum 3 days)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in material management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
