About the role:
You will plan and coordinate production activities for semiconductor backend equipment built both in our Malaysia plant and through integrators in the Netherlands and Malaysia. As part of SCM team, you will ensure schedules, materials, and capacity are aligned to support ontime machine delivery.
What you will do:
- Develop and manage production schedules for equipment built, align demand with available capacity.
- Coordinate with material planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to assure smooth production execution.
- Translate customer demand, engineering changes, and project timelines into executable production plans.
- Monitor daily build progress, highlight variances, and drive recovery actions to meet delivery requirement.
- Maintain accurate planning data, routings, and capacity settings in the ERP system.
- Synchronize with production on build priorities, configuration updates, process changes
- Support supply chain projects and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of production planning experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment, highmix/lowvolume machinery environments.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, routing, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and cross-region teams.
- Ability to manage dynamic priorities and maintain planning accuracy in an expanding manufacturing environment.
- Structured, proactive, and detailoriented mindset with ownership and urgency in driving result.
