Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.
They join TheArnott's Group's portfolio ofbrands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.
Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities:
(a) Strategic RMPM Planning
- Develop and execute RMPM supply replenishment plan to balance supply and MPS consumptions for all the MPS lines as per purchase supply lead time, MOQ shelf life and safety stock policy
- Own and ensure MRP Planning tool BOM master data is updated regularly as per RM availability phasing in-out, change management and PA approvals.
- Perform monthly plan versus actual RMPM consumption RCFA to drive waste reduction
- Ensure RMPM inventory availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence, financial year-end inventory control exercise.
- Perform RM aging analysis, shelf-life extension and provide regular obsolete provision updates.
(b) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with R&D and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate RM purchase plan for all NPI/Promo projects
- Coordinate with MPR importation planner to ensure smooth import shipment clearance without delays / delays incident cost.
- Work closely with warehouse and 3PL warehouse to ensure timely transfer of RM as per CoMan MPS/PO timeline and resolve operational issues as needed.
(c) MPS & MPR
- Coordinate and support MPS planner on weekly and monthly MPS requirements
- Timely & accurate RMPM support and updates on any out of plan MPS change requirements
- Perform monthly MPS MRP 12 months rolling plan updates as per established monthly reporting timeline.
- Escalate any RMPM shortage due to shipment delays and provide RCFA justifications on any airfreight cost >RM10k
(d) Warehouse & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate RMPM inspection or delivery instructions with QA/warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate RMPM with production, QA and warehouse on inbound intake/verifications requirements or QA rejects/replacement/claims handling.
(e) Indirect Tax Compliance & Tracking
- Ensure timely RMPM C1/C3 application and usage tracking as per SC Finance compliance requirements.
- Raise C1/C3 application request for new RMPM
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a commercial or FMCG environment.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, including logistics, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and shipping documentation.
- Experience working with ERP or internal systems for inventory and order management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good handling skills with excel, ERP system and planning software.
- Fluent in communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Spoken and Written)
