Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate task lists and maintenance plans in SAP for various task cards including:
- Special Inspections (SI)
- Modification Action Forms (MAF)
- Supplementary Jobs Carry Forward Items (SJ-CFI)
- Borescope Inspections (BSI)
- Engineering Notes (EN)
- Component Change Sheets (CCS)
- Maintenance Job Cards (MJC)
- Maintenance Process Sheets (MPS)
- Perform in-depth research for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Tooling (BOT) requirements.
- Review completed DFPs for SI and MAF to ensure accurate closure in the Maintenance Information System (MIS).
- Analyse engine shop reports and update task completion statuses in SAP.
- Validate preload entries and ensure due dates in maintenance plans are correctly populated.
- Support other planning-related duties as required by the department.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior experience with SAP is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with key aviation documentation including:
- Service Bulletins (SB)
- Maintenance Manuals (MM)
- Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC)
- Aircraft delivery documents
Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
- Diploma holders with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with technical training (Category A or B) are welcome.
