Production Planner

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bukit Mertajam for a Production Planner. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and adjusting production schedules to ensure efficiency and alignment with customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production teams, tracking materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery, and identifying areas for process improvement. Collaboration and communication with various departments to meet production goals and optimize workflows will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and the ability to establish and adjust production schedules effectively
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Planning to ensure efficiency in meeting production and delivery targets
• Excellent Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes, particularly in precision plastic injection molding, is a plus
• Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate directly with production teams
• Experience with manufacturing resource planning (MRP) software and tools is advantageous
• A diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain) is preferred
