Salary: MYR 6,500 – MYR 8,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and plant capacity.
Create, convert, and manage planned and production orders using SAP PP.
Align production schedules with machine capacity, manpower, and material availability.
Monitor production adherence and adjust schedules based on real-time shop floor conditions.
Maintain accurate capacity planning data and ensure stable, feasible production schedules.
Ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production.
Maintain inventory accuracy and master data in SAP (PP/MM/WM).
Coordinate stock transfers between internal plants when required.
Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to improve planning accuracy.
Identify capacity constraints and bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
Monitor KPIs such as production adherence, service level, scrap rate, and inventory accuracy.

What You Need to Succeed:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in production planning, supply chain operations, or manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of SAP PP, with exposure to MM/WM modules.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data analysis).
Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards is an advantage.
Good understanding of inventory control and production planning fundamentals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven.
