Production Planner

Your Contributions

• Coordinate and optimize production workflows to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules and work orders based on business and customer demand.
• Manage material planning, labor, equipment, and production capacity to support operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Material Planning teams to ensure smooth production execution.
• Analyze production performance, identify risks or variances, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ERP/MRP system planning, reporting, and master data maintenance to improve scheduling accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular production updates, performance metrics, and scheduling reports to stakeholders and management.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Scheduling, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Familiar with SAP (PP & MM modules) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to think creatively to solve operational challenges.
