Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planning and Logistic Executive, located in Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves overseeing production schedules, managing and coordinating production planning activities, ensuring and communicating timely delivery of goods to customers.

Jobs Description

- Execute production-planning activities with focus on customer order fulfilment, on-time delivery and related logistics support.

- Plan, prepare, issue and control production and delivery schedules.

- Issue SO, DO, PO using SQL software.

- Ensure there are sufficient materials for production.

- Update the production/delivery schedule from time to time.

- Liaise with respective departments for necessary measures to ensure meet customer's delivery.

- Liaise with Sales/Customers for delivery requirement and to meet the delivery schedule.

- Perform other related duties or additional responsibility as and when assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar positions in manufacturing industries or in any related skills.
• Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills and Planning abilities
• Prior experience in production or logistics planning is advantageous
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia , English, Mandarin (is an advantage)
• Team player, good communication with ability to plan and organize with the working team.
