Company Descriptions:
A newly established manufacturing company located in Kawasan Perusahaan Valdor, Sungai Jawi, which produces automotive electronic sensing chips.
Job Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop detailed production plans based on sales forecasts, order demands, and inventory levels.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and raw materials to ensure smooth production operations.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor production progress, identify and resolve issues or risks in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Daily Operations: Handle production order creation, goods receipt in SAP system, and monthly reconciliation with suppliers.
- Logistics & Import/Export: Responsible for import and export procedures of production equipment and raw materials, as well as logistics arrangements.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with the responsibilities and workflow of production planning; diploma or above in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in electronics or semiconductor-related industries.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
- Able to manage time effectively in a multitasking environment and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal departments and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
