Production Planning Intern
We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Production Planning team in managing daily schedules, tracking production progress, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily production planning and scheduling activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Production teams on production status and delivery timelines.
- Update production tracking sheets and planning records.
- Support the preparation of daily and monthly production reports.
- Attend and assist in daily production planning meetings.
- Help identify areas to improve planning efficiency and reduce production waste.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in production planning or manufacturing operations.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
