Lead production planning activities for Integration, Plastics, and TCU operations to ensure production requirements are met on time while optimizing capacity, manpower, materials, and inventory. The role will coordinate closely with Operations, Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to maintain an effective and responsive production plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • ead daily and weekly production planning for Integration, Plastics, and TCU operations based on customer demand and business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and production targets.
  • Review demand, forecasts, customer orders, and production requirements to establish appropriate production plans.
  • Monitor production capacity, manpower, equipment availability, and material readiness to ensure plan feasibility.
  • Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks and develop recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with Materials/Planning teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and consumables.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to address production constraints and schedule changes.
  • Monitor daily production performance against plan and communicate gaps, risks, and recovery actions.
  • Manage priorities and rescheduling requirements based on customer demand, material availability, equipment downtime, and operational changes.
  • Support inventory optimization by balancing production requirements with appropriate inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate planning data, production schedules, capacity information, and planning parameters in the ERP system.
  • Analyze production planning KPIs and identify opportunities to improve schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and planning efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, scheduling, and material flow.
  • Provide guidance and support to production planners and coordinators.
  • Prepare regular production planning reports and provide recommendations to Operations and management.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 5–8 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or materials planning.
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Integration, Plastics, TCU, or similar manufacturing operations is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a planning team and work effectively across multiple functions.
