Responsible for contract review, production scheduling, plan process management, sorting plans, shipment management, and external management.

- Responsible for establishing and implementing various planning management SOPs, ensuring timely resolution of any exceptional issues during order execution to ensure on-time delivery.

- Responsible for finished goods inventory control and MRB (Material Review Board) management.

- Responsible for sample production, new platform, and new process trial production plans on the production line.

- Responsible for team building and management, including selection, utilization, training, retention, and elimination of personnel.

- To comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and to participate in EHS programs and training as required.

Work Requirements

- Diploma, vocational certification, or higher qualification in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, or business management) is required.

- Proficient in operating systems such as SAP, WIP, and OA.

- Familiar with planning management processes, converting customer order requirements into executable production processes to meet delivery needs.

- Familiar with delivery management processes, completing the process from contract review to actual delivery.

- Familiar with inventory management processes, balancing delivery and cost.
