Production Quality Lead position who will report to the Quality Manager. Responsible to ensure all internal and external quality requirements are met before products reach customers by establishing inspection procedures, identifying non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement for long-term business success.

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in production quality within a manufacturing environment
- Behavioral Skills

- Positive attitude with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently, delegate tasks, and follow up to meet deadlines
- Stakeholder-focused, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding and application of safety requirements and hazard identification
- Solid knowledge of product specifications and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience in quality problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, and quality analysis tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
