Production Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Production Services Specialist with 3–6 years of experience to manage batch jobs, Control-M scheduling, incident and change management, and operational support for enterprise IT systems.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of Control-M software to ensure stability, efficiency, and optimal performance.

• Conduct batch job scheduling and performance reviews on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

• Update and schedule jobs in collaboration with job owners and review execution timelines.

• Coordinate with monitoring teams to ensure proper job monitoring and timely escalations.

• Perform incident and change management for Control-M and job-related issues.

• Handle service requests and change requests from system or application teams.

• Develop and maintain SOPs for Control-M and batch scheduling/job support.

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports.

• Provide 24x7 rotational on-call operational support.

Must-have:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• 3–6 years of experience in IT operations, batch processing, or Control-M management.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Proven problem-solving skills, multitasking, and strong time management.
